Portal Orange is a SaaS platform designed for social media content planning, strategy briefs, client collaboration, and AI-assisted content generation.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $5 USD per brand (first brand free). AI credits are one-time optional purchases that do not expire.

5. Fair Use Policy

Unlimited publishing and free team collaboration are provided under fair use guidelines to prevent automated abuse or spam activity.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content, assets, and copy uploaded to or generated for your brands on Portal Orange.

7. Limitation of Liability

Portal Orange is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or third-party API changes.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform announcements.
