In compliance with privacy laws and platform developer guidelines (such as Meta for Developers), you can request complete removal of your personal data from Portal Orange.
1. Self-Service Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated brand data directly inside the platform:
- Log into your account at app.portalorange.com.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security & Privacy.
- Click Delete Account and confirm your request.
2. Email Request
Alternatively, send an email to soporte@portalorange.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process and confirm deletion within 48 business hours.
3. Meta / Facebook App Deletion Callback
If you removed Portal Orange from your Facebook or Instagram Business integrations, Meta automatically triggers a data deletion callback. All OAuth access tokens associated with your Facebook profile are instantly invalidated and purged from our servers.
